Our aim is to over-deliver and leave you with the yard you’ve always wanted. The Lawn Vets team is ready to work with you on designing a one-of-one custom landscape.
Step 1 Discovery Call
Schedule a phone call or zoom call to discuss your goals, gather inspiration get an in-depth analysis of your outdoor needs, and answer any questions you may have.
Homeowner Homework
• Have pictures of your residence from several angles.
• Gather any inspiration pictures from internet research such as Pinterest, Instagram etc.
• Pick a time for your consult when all decision-makers can be present to discuss the vision.

Step 2 Onsite Visit
We will show sample products, and pictures of past and present projects and discuss the four pillars of design for your outdoor area.
Budget Development
Styles and preferences will be decided on, and we’ll give our ideas on maximizing functionality in your dream yard, all while staying within your budget. If you don’t know what the costs will be or what a good budget is, we will help you with that.

Step 3 Design Initiation
We start measuring to ensure accurate sizing and planning for the space, then we begin our 3D renderings! We use the latest technology and measurement devices to ensure precision and accuracy.

Step 4 Design Delivery
We will deliver your 3D design and meet in person or on zoom call to go over the design in detail and collect feedback from you. There are no dumb questions or ideas too far fetched in the design process, let us customize your space to your dream back yard.
Design revisions will happen during this phase and we will work to get the design to the final approval stage.

Step 5 Build Proposal
We will present a proposal for the construction of your design in whole or in phases in person or a Zoom call.
e-Sign contract and secure construction deposit. Discuss the schedule and project start date with an estimated timeline.
